Pedro Arezes is the new MIT Portugal Director

PedroArezes (27).pngPedro Arezes, professor at the University of Minho and coordinator of the Ergonomics & Human Factors research group based on the Center ALGORITMI, was nominated National Director of the MIT Portugal Program, a strategic partnership between the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the US, and several Portuguese universities, established by the Portuguese Government.

Pedro Arezes will replace Paulo Ferrao, professor at the Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), which was recently nominated as the President of the FCT, after 10 years as  national director of the MIT Portugal Program.
